RE: Microwave recipes
Here is one thats also healthy.

What you need:

Curd : 500 gm
tofu/paneer : 300 gm cut into 1 inch cubes
mustard seeds : 2 table spoons
green chillies : 4-5
Turmeric : ½ tea spoon
cinnamon powder : 1 tea spoon
black pepper : 5-6, crushed
salt : to taste
cooking oil : 1 1/2 table spoon

Microwave oven : 1
Microwave proof cooking bowl of medium size : 1
Grinder : 1

Method:
1.Dry grind mustard seeds into coarse powder.
2.Open grinder, add 3-4 green chillies to ground mustard seeds and grind for another 10-15 sec.
3.Open grinder, add curd, turmeric, salt, black pepper, cinnamon powder and 1 table spoon oil to mustard & green chilli mix and run grinder for 15-20 sec, till you get a mixture of even consistency.
4.Grease cooking bowl with balance oil, pour ½ of the mixture, put the tofu/paneer cubes evenly around the bowl and pour the balance mixture.
5.Cook at micro high for 10 min. let it stand and serve hot with rice, garnished with chopped chillies (you can also use curry leaves/coriander leaves)

RE: Microwave recipes
^^
You could say its bengali style paneer.
Any normal mixer grinder would do. I think most homes have one now a days. There are also mustard paste available in some markets. But it may not give the same results.
